Actually I have an idea, we could use bittorrent rather than hosting the disks.

Do you know about torrage and  openbittorrent ? Torrage is a non searchable torrent storing site and open bit torrent is a non searchable tracker. You could store torrent files either in a forum or on torrage (note they expire after not being downloaded for 6 months) and use openbittorrent as a tracker. Noone knows what is being hosted on either sites unless they have the hash key (in the case of torrage) or torrent file (open bittorrent).</description>
